All I wanted at first was to just learn how to seek the beauty around me. I immersed myself in learning how to compose images, use a DSLR (& then a film camera), photograph events and people. I was mentored by an extraordinary photographer for a year and half before I took off on my own. Time, lots of practice, and a little bit of faith is what eventually evolved into Dani Egües Photography.

Nine years later, I have created a small little path for myself and have been able to photograph gorgeous weddings, parties, celebrations, inaugurations + so much more. I pinch myself when I look back at where my photography journey has taken me.  I am reminded at how many times my aunt, mi Tia Rosario, would call me from back home to tell me to never give up photography.
"Esto es lo tuyo, Dani," she would say. 

I'm so glad she insisted.
 
I was born + raised in Valencia, Venezuela and my father brought us to tag along while he pursued to grow his career here.  25 years later, I've lived all around South + Gulf Cost of Florida, married to a handsome Southern-born Firefighter and am a mother to one adorable girl.

To be here is a dream come True
